I bought one from Sunset Imports a few years ago for $110. They have good pricing in general.

As mentioned, the programing can be challenging. The procedure is in the owner's manual but search here for a clearer version.

Sunset (503-641-8600) will be less expensive than the eBay sellers.

I got a new fob from Sun Coast $149 (ouch). Now I need to locate the code. I found a business card from the original dealer with some numbers hand written on it.
like:
0410 I think this may be either the radio or remote.
0150
R 2095 The R may mean this is the remote.
PR--VERS
Serial--N S1000050
08 30 secs
Becker
Push read out arrow

Does any of this mean anything to anyone?

First off, I wouldn't be publishing my codes in a PUBLIC forum; regardless if they are correctly identified or not.
