That's it, I couldn't get link in post, TIPS are usually $8k less, here's PPI, grumpy old man said afterwards "Dr. hit a curb", you don't own any Porsche & not have a service guy notice damage that bad, car had been in Zim's before, seller did not like me taking it there, most likely they had seen damage & pointed it out to him before, no way to know, PayPal had to make exception because Deposits on Cars or anything for that matter are NOT protected unless on Ebay

Re-listed with "No Accidents" removed from add & of-course he never gave Paypal refund, he has buddies here who told him about this post & that justifies his keeping of deposit on a Wrecked piece of SH*T, looks like Paypal is eating the Deposit & returning it to me due to his refusal to return it, they saw prior add & PPI & determined FALSE advertisement, people like this drive up the PayPal fees

Friend of mine called guy and was interested in the car and the Seller says you are a dealer/reseller and were buying the car for resale purposes and that is why he wouldn't return the deposit to you. Is this true or is he just feeding my friend BS?

Does that make a difference? If a condition of the purchase was a good PPi, which this car did NOT have, then isn't any purchaser entitled to their money back? The possible purchaser is out the $250 for the PPI.
