Default What are the buttons on my new 993?

Sorry about innocent question... I'm a proud new owner but... There are 6 buttons above the shifter. There is one (bottom left) that is not functional. The one on the middle in the bottom is for the cabriolet top. And the last one I know is the bottom right for the spoiler. But what are the 3 others on the top row?

Thanks!

Cool, congrats on the new 993.
Since you are new here, I will explain the most important unwritten rule of the 993 board.

You must post pictures, or you get something like this.

If you don't have an owners manual, you can probably find one on eBay or in excellence magazine you will find many vendors for used parts.

On mine the top row of buttons are the emergency flasher (red switch with a triangle on it), the power door lock button, and the "!" button. The "!" button just turns off the "!" light in the instrument panel which is just there to draw your attention to the fact that one of the other warning light is on.

Bottom row, sunroof, blank/or cabriolet top and then manual spoiler button. I love the button that dismisses the large warning light used to attract your attention to the specific warning light. Perfectly useless and yet I show it to everybody who sits in the car.

I thought the ! button means "surprise". I press it whenever I feel like it and I assume someone somewhere will be surprised. No?

Actually that system with the warning button is 100% the same as the master caution warning system in the Boeing 737!

But I must admit that my heart rate reacts different to a low oil pressure light in the 737.... ( more relaxed since I don't pay for the repair bill!)
