like Bob I have the SPG XL, I bought them for the raised shoulder holes

Bob has a good idea wrt the seatbelt mount, I used the RS mount as pictured for the 3 point belt and put the same platemount in the tunnel for the 6 pt harness mount, you could use one for double duty or mount 2

here's mine just aft of the trans mount


There has to be a clear straight fetch from the top of your Hans to the bar

A note on the picture, my Dec. 1995 build car does not have the extra support shown in picture. It is in parts book, but only at end of list for of transmission support parts with dashes before the part numbers because there is no illustration (1 strut + 2 bolts and 2 washers):
