Default Acromann...slow delivery. Is this the norm? Thanks

http://www.acromann.com/index.php

I ordered and paid for 3 decals from ACROMANN. (45 bucks plus s/h)
After not receiving my items I emailed them and they responded saying various things like order was incomplete, or need more clarification, etc.

Long story short they have just stopped responding altogether. No phone available, only e mail.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

I ordered a decal from them.

They only commuicate via e-mail - they are in Hong Kong.

They told me mine was shipped on 3/8 and it may take up to 3 weeks after it is shipped.

I was referred to them by a different RL person who has used them before (so proabably ok).

We shall see.

If you log on to their website - they update the order.

Seems legit.

I ordered 2 stickers from them about 4 months ago. The stickers arrived fine, but it took about 5 weeks. I haven't applied them yet, but the quality at least looks good out of the box.

Andy, this is about normal for these guys. I've ordered from them twice for side graphics and deck decals and both times got my stuff. I think you will be okay they are really slow, should have warned you. First time I ordered I paid via Visa or Paypal but didn't return to the site to somehow complete the order. Sent them some emails, eventually got it straightened out and got my decals.

Not the best service, maybe a language/location thing.

I've had similar experiences as others here - communication is poor, delivery is slow, but most importantly, product is as advertised.

If you have access to original art work, I have had good success in reproducing stickers with laser printer vinyl.

In light of the above comments it might be appropriate to re-title the thread so those who don't bother to read them won't assume the worst about the seller.

I want to place an order, and contacted them to clarify the difference between two color options (Light Green vs. Deep Green) about a week ago.

I'm still waiting for an answer.....

Does anyone have a sample, or have ordered any Light Green or Deep Green item from them before?

Thanks.

And as a follow-up, Andy, did you get your decals?

How do they expect to do business like that?
Anyone knows of another vendor that would carry the side doors "carrera" sticker?
Thanks.

At the time I ordered mine a couple of years ago, there were several vendors selling the older style font but had a hard time finding the modern version. Didn't feel like the old font went with the car. Accromann was the best choice, I've bought from them twice. Customer service is not their strong suit but the stuff always came.

Today I finally heard back from them. It was actually a nice reply, answering my questions, and offering help.
I wrote back to them. Let's see how long will it take for another reply.
So far slow, but working.
I haven't order from they yet. Still trying to figure out the right sticker/decal that will go well with my Mods.
