Joe I will buy the purple people eater from you....should have bought it that day! The wheels just pull off. I swapped a bad wheel off the Repsol car since that is the one I really wanted. I also need 2 left side wipers.

Congrats on the Repsol car score, Cactus. You've been looking for that forever.

Good strategy too, get the competition sufficiently hung-over to dull their senses at the swap.

I was the responsible one Friday night(I'm so ashamed), since I drove back to the hotel. I just went left into the swap, and Cactus went right. Well...that and it took me a couple of minutes to set up the rennlist reserved cones and name tag do-hickey too.

You damn friendly rennlisters are to blame for me missing out on the sweetest UT's! The old adage...no good deed shall go unpunished.

The Turbo S is a rare one to find. I have one for sale if someone wants to PM me a fair offer. I'm based in NZ so will need to courier to you. These models are now investments. I've not seen the Turbo S devalue and other models that I've passed on have only increased in value so in hindsight I should have bought them

Thanks and I was just lucky I guess. I couldn't believe they were all there and nobody was diving for them!!! Does this type of display exist for 1:18th scale?

^Not sure about the display for the 1/18 cars. The one pictured is designed for models purchased directly from Porsche. I think Minichamps is the manufacturer, the bases slide directly into the slots in the tower unit.
