I attended the Porsche Tech Tactics event this past Saturday with my 11 year old son Jake. Tony Hatter was the big draw for me at this event, he is the lead designer for Porsche Sporst Cars in Germany, the man responsible for the design of the 993 and most recently the new Cayman. My son Jake wants to be a car designer so I took him along. We had a great little road trip together. Jake prepared questions for Tony in the event he could spend some time with him to learn more about car design. The two of them spent about 15 minutes together talking car design, art schools, photo shop and engineering. It was one of my fondest memories as a father. I know this is a memory that he will never ever forget as well. Tony was so helpful and took my 11 year olds interest so seriously, it was a specail day to say the least.

Tech Tactics was great this year!

I had the pleasure to drive Tony back to Manhattan on Sunday after the event. A really nice guy with lots of great stories to tell!
