I was watching Seinfeld last night - the episode where he and George pretend to be O'Brien, take his limo and later find out that O'Brian is a white supremacist **** leader.

In the episode Jerry and George are supposed to pick up Elaine and Kramer (they think they have tickets to see the Knicks). Kramer and Elaine are waiting on the street and in the background there is a black 993 (see picture attached). I figure Jerry drove to work and parked his car on the set.

Probably. If you watch the show you see a Porsche from time to time. Also, there is a bunch of subtle Porsche stuff in Jerry's apartment if you keep a sharp eye out.

 

Thats one of the better Seinfeld episodes, and it very likely that it is Jerrys car. However it is not very likely that it is a 993 because the episode is from '92. Looks like a Targa to me.

I do know there is a Superman in every episode but I never noticed the Porsche stuff. I didn't have one when the show was running so I guess it didn't catch my eye as much.

Man... I just realized that Seinfeld's 'last' 993 was a non-sunroof car. Love it.
