Default Change piston rings?

Just 70.000 km. Will do a head job inclusive change to RS valves. Question - Is it any idea to change the pistonrings aswell? I have always thought you had to hone the cylinders if you made it. Anyone?

That's about 43-44k miles? I wouldn't touch the rings. Inspect the cylinders, but they probably look good,if no serious problems. Just my .02

No need at such low mileage, assuming the engine is healthy.
