The Speedline RS wheels are a perennial classic, and arguably the best-looking 993 wheel on the planet: the two compliment each other perfectly. So anyone who resurrects an ancient thread with the plan on posting a pic with RS' is A-ok me

Reducing rotating mass pays great dividends even on a street car. IMHO you should find the best balance of looks and weight. While I love the RUF looks I would never settle for the weight gain. I got lucky with my Fikse wheels. I happen to LOVE the looks and the weight loss is a bonus. They were a PITA when I had a silver set. They are not easy to clean. Now that I have black ones they hide the brake dust well enough to not be an issue.

[QUOTE="MarinS4;11809993"] I respectfully disagree with this statement. On my previous 993tt I swapped out the stock turbo twists with KDW tires for Fikse wheels with PS2's. The car felt like it got a LWFW. The change was pretty surprising./[QUOTE]
Agreed. Even the swap of my Fikse FM10s with Kumos to E88s with PS2s is noticeable.

I too have a couple sets of the WORK Brombacher wheels in 993 NB spec that I've been going back and forth about selling. (Some refinishing is needed)
Anyhow the weights posted above sound accurate for these wheels based upon what I've measured. There maybe a tad lighter than OEM solid spoke twists.

Yup, that is me. I posted the wheels on a few different forums. There is a similar listing buried somewhere in the RL classifieds section. Not much has changed since posting that since I've yet to devote more funds towards these wheels to get them properly refinished. I had a couple of interested parties, but everyone that presented $$$ offers were far to low for me to consider them.
2 of these wheels are brand new and haven't even left their boxes beyond the one time where I photographed them. PM me if you want to discuss further.
