My narrow body spec WORK Brombacher wheels are as follows:
18x8.5 +54 A-Disk (1.4" lip, not barrel size)
18x10.0 +60 A-Disk (1.9" lip, not barrel size)
You should be able to fit 8.5" fronts with no issue.
