Is there a particular person I should speak with when ordering from Sunset?

I believe Bob is the head of the parts department, but everyone I've dealt with at Sunset has been top notch.

They are all great. Andraya has gone over the top for me. I don't use the tele with her anymore. Emails seem easier for both of us. She attachs diagrams with pieces pointed out, etc.
