^^^ The 993 type is quite rare, much more so than 964. You can also have your stock seats rebuilt/reupholstered into sport seats, the shop just welds in 4 additional tubes to support the added bolsters. Autobahn in San Diego does it and they charge $250/seat more than their normal upholstery charge .. and I've heard there's shops in South Bay .. San Jose/Oakland that also do it. Might check in with RL'r 600RR (Sid) for a recommendation.
JP have you seen their results? This seems like it could be a 'relatively' economic way to get softbacks. Especially if one was about to recover their own seats. Are the skins available from Porsche or do they use an aftermarket supplier - any idea?

Spoke with them earlier. They don't modify the seat frames, they just increase the bolster size with high density foam. It is not as pronounced as real sport seats.
