So i started a 993 and avant thread about a year ago. I've recently sold the avant and bought an RS4. Anyone else have this combo?

Not an RS$ but I have an S4 Avant and a Touareg as my daily cars. If I could have found a RS4 Avant I would have done that instead. Nice ride!

C4S_fan has this combo (good friend of mine locally here) - the Audi is an awesome car and goes like stink. He also has a 993 C4S - wonderful combination. Funny, in his combo, both cars are silver!

I was just driving the Audi today - the engine/clutch are a bit tricky to really coordinate for smooth shifting (with little practice it will be great) and the gas mileage sucks, but the shifter is very short and smooth, and the engine is wonderful. Great 4 door all-weather coupe!

Congrats on your RS4!

Audi's have been my DD's for the past 15 years. I've had B5, B6, and B7's A4's. I recently traded my 2007 Sline A4 for a 2013 S4. I considered buying a B7 RS4 like yours but couldn't pass on the Sweet new S4 3.0T engine and the rear sports differential. Audi's and 993's...Great Combo!!

I've ridden in the 3.0T and it seems to be a great engine. Pulls really nicely. Been waiting for them to bring back a nice forced-induction six.

Audis and Porsches are a great combo! Audi's first RS model was essentially built by Porsche.

Okay - so who has a 993 and a B5 RS4?

Just the A4 2.0t as my daily. Between the TT and the track car I need something that is decent on gas, cause it sure ain't going to be my 8.1l suburban :-)

Looks like I'll stick with the S and will be looking at an E class AMG wagon or a Cayenne Turbo when it's time for a new car. Really bummed about that, I was really looking forward to the B8 RS4 Avant.

Sold the avant to a buddy of mine!

HaHa!!! I sold my reflex silver .:R32 to buy my avant! I had that car at the same time I bought my C4S. Miss it though! That was a great car!!
