The cigarette lighter is not working (heating up), nor it holds to the casing when pressed into it.

Actually, mine has the same affliction.....but who cares?? If there's an easy fix, let me know, otherwise it's fine just sitting there filling that hole.

There were some earlier threads about the size of the opening not matching up with chargers and other plugs.....apparently the recepticle in the car is a bit too large. Is that what your problem could be?
