I passed on the car for $25k, crazy huh?... Salvage title, with not such a great repair and a total respray. Maybe a fellow Rlister wants it. When the seller told me that even after the windshield was replaced it still leaks and the shop told him the A Pillar SHOULD have been replaced but was instead "patched", I ran...
i guess once u have done the repair, put in pss10's and done the paint u are looking at the mid 40's at least invested.. doesnt really make sense to me but maybe im off on costs.
I love the ad: "never tracked or raced". Forgot to mention the fact it was totalled for some reason, somewhere along the line.
Now your just getting caught up in the minor details...
Reminds me of the time I literally saw two guys that chained the back of a car to a tree and were using a come along to straighten out the front frame rails... God I wished I had a video cam at that moment, instant UTube classic!
was thinking same thing but if the A pillar is held together with super glue im not sure i want to put myself in that situation.. maybe full cage and i'll be more happy.
So, same seller:<http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/porsche-993-twin-turbo-/221159187654?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item337e1d64c6>?

No, same town but different sellers. The TT was at least fixed by a Porsche pro, the C2S not so much... The TT would make a great driver/track car for someone, the C2S I would be worried would fold up like a pop can on impact.
