Regarding the above "tax return" quote, be careful what you wish for my friend. The only thing that members of this board are better at than giving good advice...is suggesting how to spend other peoples money on mods.

Boxcarracer: 275 gives a slight stretch, and the rear fenders are rolled, so no rubbing issues at all.

aarrow, could you be kind enough to share offsets (if you have them).
I'm looking for wheels and like your offsets very much, i would like to copy them....
one last request, any chance of a picture showing the rolled fender from the ground up? i would like to see where the fender actually "rolls"

Hmmm...first find a good mechanic to work with...then go through service history make sure all fluids have been changed at appropriate times, belts etc etc are in good condition...Fister IIIs, short shift kit, walrods, rs motor mounts, figure out what kind of shocks/springs you currently have and are they good for awhile and keep on driving.

THIS! I recently moved to a new city and have yet to find a trustworthy mechanic. I wish I was in the Bay Area again, I could name more than a few. Here in the Central Valley, I'm stuck with either Michael's Porsche dealership or Siegfried's Motors. B
The latter with whom I had my AC serviced. They didn't do anything unethical, but did prove to be a little "shady" in how they operate. In short, they performed and charged for services which I didn't approve. Not very happy about that...
Anyways, I've been a little busy... Installed a new radio and all four (very blown) cheap nokia speakers. Picked up a Schnell strut bar too. Shiny to say the least

Also picked up a pair of driving gloves too. I HIGHLY recommend these things! Makes the hard leather steering wheel feel much more "controllable." Not sure how else to describe it
