agree, the price point seems high considering the branded title. That being said, what is the OP actually interested in? If he's looking for a strong mechanical driver, especially in an unusual color combo, maybe he needs to take the next step. This might not be a bad car in the mid 30's if a complete body and mechanical PPI give it the green light-no pun intended.
There was a C4S in this combo at Hershey this year, but had bad-BAD surface rust on the driver rear fender...and looked very rough.
My C4S had prior accident damage, and lots of previous paint work...some not so great either. I wanted a driver, and resale didn't really effect my decision. If the OP is in the same category, this might be worth a follow up.
PPI without a doubt.
Best of luck

Something is up with the rear bumper where it meets the passenger side wheel well. Look at the shots directly from the back of the car. The bumper on the drivers side tapers in towards the body as it should at the back of the wheel well but the passenger side goes straight down. Look at the amount of rear tire showing on each side as you look at the back of the car. The drivers side is correct but the passenger side looks to be warped outward not keeping the correct tapered look like the driver side.

i wouldnt pay 20 grand for that car... if you tried to sell it youd be standing there
for 32-34 grand you can get a C2 car with no accidents, no stories, perfect paint and mechanics, with around 42-44,000 miles...

no accidents, no stories, well looked after car. i wouldnt call 42-44k miles 'low' mileage though.
people are trying to win the lotto with 993s lately and its just not realistic.
at the end of the day its not worth squat. its a SALVAGED car, on a salvaged title. i would drive that car away to part it out, thats about it.

I'd just like to draw some attention to both engine bay shots... the pinch welds on the passenger side are there, evenly spaced, just like my car. However the driver side in both pictures looks suspicious as the pinch welds aren't there.

I looked at the ebay listing, and think the seller has just removed inside and engine by pics. All you now see are many, many exterior shots.
