As I posted earlier after first use the washers on some of the bolts could be moved and I had to re torque the bolts another person on this post has listed the same problem. Maybe I did not tighten mine properly the first time not sure why it happened, like you said there is no vibration. I thought that the anchors came loose but the bolts tightened up fine now I will keep an eye on it. I just wanted to let others know what happened to me so they can look for the same issue

Those are them, but they listed as "Item: PD58" which uses a 5/8 - 11 bolt; the anchor itself is 7/8" x 3 13/16" which is also listed on the label and is what I measured.

The PD58 (7/8") anchors list a 5 1/2" hole on the paperwork that came in the above box. Strrange that they do not list that on their web site.

A very expensive one...

M16 threaded stainless steel 10" rods welded to 18" x 18" x 3/8" stainless steel plates that will be set in fresh concrete. The rods have since been welded up with additional stainless steel rods across the bottom for additional anchoring. Updated pics to follow.

There will also be re-bar set into the concrete as required.

I'll be cutting concrete tomorrow.

If you are wondering what the holes in the tops of those bolts are for, they are M8 threaded so that I can bolt angle iron to the top plate. The angle iron then extends beyond the excavation to the existing concrete garage floor and allows the plates and rods to hang into the dug out. The very ends of each angle iron has a threaded hold which will take a bolt that will allow me to level the plates in all planes. Those points will get marked on the concrete floor in case the plates get bumped during work/pouring of concrete. I won't be needing shims.

Jim, How many tube of epoxy was required? What was total cost (10x 21 for anchors + X x 37 for epoxy)?
