Sumi's are hard to beat for the price. I like the Conti DW (and DWS for my daily driver) at a slightly higher price point than the Sumi. Got my Koni FSD shocks from TireRack - haven't put them in yet as the originals are still fine but I plan ahead. I also got a set of M033 springs that will go with the FSDs when the time comes.

So my suggestion for shocks and tires on a budget - Koni FSD and either Sumi or Conti.
