Per the OP, the sticker in the manual was partially cut out prior to my purchase so that option is gone. To others who see $242.50 as reasonable, well we will just have to agree to disagree .
Please don't see the post as railing on Suncoast, I've dealt with them numerous times in the past and have had nothing but great service and quality products delivered in a timely fashion.
A request; If anyone could help me "fill in" the original numbers / codes any help would be much appreciated. Here is a scan of what was left of the original sticker in the service booklet:

Why would someone deliberately cut this section of the sticker, other than it is not the original book for the car and they are trying to hide that fact.
Plus they have blacked out other information.

Get a Certificate of Authenticity and be happy, IMO.

"If anyone could help me "fill in" the original numbers / codes any help would be much appreciated". Go to Cars.com, eBay, or AutoTrader, search for a 1996 C2, and you'll see that many sellers are posting pictures of their option stickers. This should help you realize what the top of the sticker looks like for a car like yours.

Burning Brakes
Top = VIN
Second= 993 330 (assuming its a nb coupe)
Third= M6423-64T G5020- 20 (assuming the codes on your sticker are right, if no 220 it will be a -10)
Forth line that is partially showing is colors= L92M PJ (Polar Silver with Grey Interior, black dash etc. Is that what your car has?)
The end #'s are the options, go to a local dealer and give them your vin and have them print out the actual codes for your car and compare.

Thanks for the help guys. It is the original service book, I'm sure of that. From what I can surmise there was information on the back side of the page the sticker was on that the first owner for whatever reason didn't want out. I purchased the car from the second owner who was very good friends with the original owner, both are fairly local to me. I have all of the service records dating back to delivery.
As much as I hate to admit it, I'm starting to think about just paying for the OEM sticker. You have to factor in your time and screwing around to come up with something that in the end indeed looks half***ed. The older I get the more I realize the above, but MAN does it go against my cheap side lol.

Here is a template
Many cars lose the sticker if the hood gets painted or replaced.
Attached is an image of the one under my hood. It can be loaded into Photo Shop to doctor it up with the proper numbers and print it off on adhesive back paper.

Yep, occasionally it does lol. $242.50 for a 2 x 3 piece of printed laminate does also. One of the benefits of posting every now and then regarding an issue is laying back and watching the variety of responses to what IMO is a straight forward post.
Typically there are those that ridicule, those that are sarcastic, those that can be flippant, and THANKFULLY those that are helpful.
To be honest all of the responses have their own entertainment value, after all answer after answer would become rather boring.
Thank goodness MOST fall into the latter category.
