Congrats to OP on completing LOTJOA.

Death Ride is FUN!
'Specially if you can climb well and are one of the first over Monitor Pass. The early descent kicks *** as you can descend Monitor using all lanes of the road (crossing the double yellow).
All the other descents have to be ridden very mellow since they feature a steady stream of people climbing what you just went down.
