This has to be the best thread I've read in a very long time! Fantastic enjoyment of the new-to-you 993. You've now invigorated me to using mine more often.
Thanks for sharing!!
P.S. Love the brake dust - that's a car that's actually enjoyed where most (including mine) appear sterile. I think you and your 993 should be on "Enthusiasts Driving Cars to get Building Materials and Coffee".

I love it. I do oil and SAI flush this weekend do that will be the first project so far. It makes accessing all of those areas so much easier than with the jack stands I have been using for years. I am going to try to see if I can have it double as a motorcycle lift. I read about that somewhere.

Love the shot with the hockey bags on top. You should be made an honorary Canadian just for rolling like that.
Good to see someone enjoying the ownership experience to the fullest.

Nice car and cool racks! Good investment on the lift, I wish I had one, I find it is time consuming lifting a 911 compared to my other cars. I see you are shopping at the Crafty Beaver on what looks to be Lawrence and Ashland? I wish I had a rack like that

Great pics! I've hauled all kinds of things on my roof rack. My other vehicle is a very short box pick-up, the option of throwing mouldings/ladders up on the Pcar is just a no-brainer.
The looks you get from others is priceless.
I NEVER tire of the statement "who puts a bike rack on a Poorch!"
I have a mid rise lift in the back garage, got mine from Greg Smith eqpt. I recessed it in the new slab(addition to existing bldg), makes detailing the car much easier also. Lift it up to eyeball height, and just sit on the stool and shine. Loads better than on your knees, or flat on your back doing the same.
Last Christmas, we didn't have any snow on the ground the day we went to cut the tree. It would be nice to make it an annual event...but unlike you, I don't have a winter wheelset...yet.
Congrats
