your car will never be used for concours, so no it would not hurt resale value. Especially if you keep your stock exhaust in a box.

Actually, if you sold the car with the fisters and never disclosed it, a buyer would think it is stock and sounds awesome! Easy sale!

A C4S w/ 63k ml in good condition can easily ask for high 40's and be sold at mid-40s, essentially the same dough Smiles probably paid.

C4S w/ low-to-mid 50k ml is worth >$50k, IMHO.
