What should I do with this hub?
Hi all,
I had a rear wheel bearing start to go bad and when I removed the hub I noticed that this wasn't the first time this has happened. As you can see on the pic below, it looks like the outer part of the bearing surface has seized at some point?
I measured as much as 0.7mm difference in diameter between the pitted outer part and the okay inner part. Once polished it will probably be atleast 0.8mm.
Should I toss this hub and get a new one or can I still use it?

Got the old bearing out of the carrier. Looks like hub measurement was correct and the hub was only supported by the inner bearing race which no doubt contributed to bearing's demise:
Thanks PO.. So as an answer to myself: I tossed the hub and ordered a new one. Luckily there's some guy on ebay selling new ones below dealer price
