Update on Chuck S, w/ Katie's Mon. update
Just got an email from Katie...
Looked for one of the previous threads to post this in so folks would know the history but couldn't find it, I'll post the link when I find it.

Hello Everyone.
Wanted to advise that Chuck had another seizure Wednesday which took over three hours to get under control. The doctors label it "a significant event" and it's a definite downward spiral from here. We have decided to not continue with curative care and move forward with palliative/hospice. He's in a lot of pain and his left side is compromised so we're trying to just keep him comfortable.

I posted on the other thread, and posting here too. Rob and I are both so sad. Chuck is a great guy. Such a stubborn Croatian. We shared so many fun PM's over the years. We've shared sad ones too. 
He has fought this and that and now THIS for so long, his body is probably tired. I was hoping that it wouldn't let him down yet.

This is sad, sad news. I hope he gets better. My thoughts and prayers are with him. I have a good idea what he's going through it's not fun and very frustrating. strokes and siezures are hard to recover from especially if its associated with another illness. God bless him and his family.
