This is my current set up on the driver's side with the BK mount and "one-hand" quick release. I am considering adding a second FE to the passenger side.

Unfortunately it's Halotron and not Halon (which is almost impossible to get now unless you already have a Halon FE). It's not as efficient/effective and so why I am considering getting another 2.5lb bottle to put on the passenger side

Thanks. Did the shop selling fire extinguisher in HK will provide refill gases services?

I had a spare one that I brought over in LA. I'd be interested in finding a dealer/distributor in HK, esp if they sell Halon ones Let me know if you find one...I think last time I looked I searched for Amerex distributors.

went to check out a garage with new friends and we happened to find the 993 that was burnt down, the one that was reported in the press some time earlier....

How depressing....after seeing pics like this it makes spending $250-500 for a FE setup seem like a no-brainer. Which garage was this at?

(btw, the BK mount that Coleman has in his pics in post #21 with the SafeCraft FE is the spare one that I have)

I couldnt see the pics. Did it burn totally down?

As some of you may know, I have experience a fire in the engine bay, due to the overfill of oil.

Recalling the experience, it was paranoia at the highest level
