Customer bought some parts from Gert at Carnewal and shipped them to me for install on his new to him 993. Gert sent a steering rack brace for a right hand drive 993, and says it will fit a left hand drive car. They are different in the fact that the RHD brace is an angled brace, versus the flat brace of the LHD that I have always installed (which according to Gert is on infinite backorder...I have not checked, I am just a parts installer on this project). Due to the angle of the brace, it doesn't seem to clear the lines on the rack or the brake booster when in one direction. I have flipped this thing 7 ways to Sunday to try and make it fit and no go.
