Is there someone in the SF Bay Area willing to lend me an enclosed trailer for a couple of days to pick up a car in SoCal?
No set date so there is flexibility
Thanks in advance

What are you towing with? What weight is the load?
(No, can't offer up the stacker as the '73 faux RS shell is inside, and you'd need a 1 ton truck + serious experience dealing with towing weirdness before I'd lend that out.)

Ha, more worried about proper chassis than monster engine. (Amazing what we used to tow with in a 3/4 or 1 ton.)
So you wouldn't be pushing past a 10K load. I'll ask some of the racer guys if anyone's willing. Sad thing is that most encloseds end up being extra garages for dead cars...........

Ken - thanks for your help.
My friend has an open trailer so we can always use this if we cannot find something enclosed. I am just paranoid of rock chip damage or the like on the trip back from Orange county with a beautiful 914 survivor
