Any 95 993s out there use the V1 Savvy?

Again, in case anyone is missing the point, 1995 993's have OBDI. Period. Late model build '95 993's have an OBDII port but are still running OBDI.

I guess everyday you learn something new!, rectangular socket with 16 pin is OBD2, rectangular socket with 21 pin OBD1, and this is a fact.,!

My report will have to wait a few days; according to UPS, my V1 shipment was delayed past its yesterday delivery date due to a train derailment in Montana.

Well, my OBD port would not power up my V1 with the Savvy attached. It is definitely an OBD II connector in my '95; I assume it is just not hooked up as needed. I may look into trying to get the correct connections made, or see if its possible, but for now the Savvy will be used in my truck!
