Steve, your car is fantastic! Straight up money !
I'm so copying you too. Tonight I installed Fister Turbo mufflers (amazing) with black wide ovals from FDM. I have blacked out 996TT Hollows coming anyday.
Cant wait! Love your car though, my inspiration.

Your car looks fantastic! I also noticed the same gap issue on the same passenger side that I have with my front bonnet. On a white car it is really noticeable. Tried many different adjustments to the little rubber stops and realigned the locking mech but no joy. Any ideas?

Quad - I get what Bruce was trying to do - he was complimenting my car when we both know the other is far superior... kind of like when your wife or girlfriend tells you size doesn't matter... when you both know it does I kid, I kid Just having a little fun on a Friday night!
Either way, enjoy.

First of all, thanks to everyone for the compliments - it's a work in progress, and I enjoy making improvements on it.
Those calipers are "little reds", stock black calipers that were taken apart by me, bead blasted and powder coated by someone else and then reassembled by me with new Brembo piston and seal kits and newly zinc plated hardware.
Have you tried a sledge hammer? Geez, I go to work for 24hrs and now I've got another thing for my ocd list, and I'm not happy about the gaps on the rear deck lid either, and, and, and... I was going to work on minor adjustments today - but thanks for magnifying it and putting the picture on the internet... Today I'm also going to work on installing the high mount 3rd brake light.

Nice pic! I am just up the road from where you took that, a few streets off Flamborough. For some reason, I never seem to see 993's around. It's like they don't exist.
