Who knows! On the face of it, sure. I've got an RS America over my shoulder that has ~42K original. It's overpriced at free. (Search the archives for a photo of what's left of it.)
Price should be one of the minor factors in purchasing one of these.
Options; LSD with ABD; 17" pressure cast light alloy wheels; sunroof; condition; mint; service history from 1994 to present documented at original selling Porsche dealer. I will be owner #4. Owner #3 purchased car in 2002
Oh, and color; Aventurine Green Metallic with Cashmere beige/black interior. Had me doubts about the color until seeing the car. Understated, and beautiful. Goes quite well with interior color

That is bang on private party sale retail for that car. I know many here will say it's worth more but in my experience, that's what a car like that SELLS for after the dust settles ..

Dove Grey interior; not appealing. Price (Ebay low miles C4S) way too high. My 170,000 Met Blue/Famingo C4S could be had for (big bang theory) half that car.
