Brilliant color, contrast, reflection, shine, and darkness in your gorgeous Arena Red Metallic paint.
Judging from shadows, that ppears to be straight-on noon / direct sunlight. I remember hearing both the editor and chief photographer for PCA's Panorama magazine say that's the worst time to artfully photograph a car.
...unless it's yours -- wow!!!

Thank you, Curve. I remember being hungry when I got there, so it was around 1:00PM. Hot as heck, too. Over 90 degrees.
looks fantastic! are you just changing the speedlines out for a change of scenery?
Thank you. Yes, I just wanted a change in scenery. I spent $600 getting the 996 hollow spokes powder coated and another $32 for all new valve stems from Sunset. Then, I ran them over to the Tire Rack for new rubber.
I'll put the SpeedLines back on in September, and run those till mid/late November when I start prep'ing the car for winter hibernation. I have Kumhos SPT's on those rims and might have another 2,000 miles left on the rears before they need replacing (about 12,000 then total at that point).
I also like having the extra set of rims come time when I start doing all the work to get the car cleaned up for winter hibernation. With the extra set, all I'll need to do is jack up each side of the car, wash the wheel well areas, dress the plastic areas with 303 and wax the painted surfaces with RejeX, wash and wax (RejeX) the big reds, and then put the clean set of wheels on in-the-waiting. This should cut my time from 2 days down to just one.
