Default Thanks Rothsport

I'm really excited to share that my '98 993 C2S is done. Thanks to a lot of advice from many of you on Rennlist and also Jeff at Rothsport I have my dream 993. Here's what I did:

PSS10
RS tie-rods
WEVO solid engine mounts
RS-style strut brace
Fister Stage II
Thicker front and rear adjustable sways
Walrods
964 short shift incl Golden Rod
Phillips 6000k HIDs
Turbo S front ducts and driving lights
Install 996 Turbo S wheels (bought through Rennlist!)

I haven't driven for more than 10 minutes and needed to put back in storage for the next couple of weeks until I finally move home.

But LOVE it. Handles really nice, ride is very livable and the car looks and sounds outstanding (to me anyway). Thanks to everyone for the help!

Looks sweet. You should bring it out to PDX C&C so people can see it!

Mark: I'll plan to bring it to C&C (Cars and Coffee?). Is this through Porsche Club of Portland? I would like to join up this Summer.

PDX Cars and Coffee is an informal gathering every Saturday. They have a group page on Facebook (PDX C&C) for more info. The Oregon PCA has good events too. You can PM me if you need more info.

Looks great! But admittedly I'm a little biased.

Beautiful, but I have the same color combo, and wheels...so I'm also biased.

Sounds like you have a geat suspension set-up as well, and that makes these cars magic.

Enjoy!

All: thanks for the nice comments
Ilko: enjoy that stereo (sure hope she works okay) !
e9stabili: I'll think about the gearbox (I've read about it)
G$993: I'll reach out and hope to meet you in person
Darin: thanks so much for the help on the Fisters and for providing the Walrods!
PNogC2S and Magdaddy: my car is a bit of a copy of much of yours, at least we don't live too close!
ABCar: I believe the sways are M030, the 996 TTS wheels are GT Silver, one of the more lucky finds of my parts buying!

Happy Driving!
