Alignment specialist needed: Salt Lake City
I am changing out the original shocks on my C4S with H&R coilovers.
Can anyone help with a recommendation for an alignment specialist in Salt Lake City?
Thanks
Michael

strong porsche isn't a bad choice, less than 200 bucks and it will be done correctly. I can't remember if they will adjust the ride height for that price.
if you want it corner balanced the only place I've found is air power racing at the track, 3 or 4 times the price though.

Thanks, thats the second recommendation for Strong Porsche. I do most of my own work and haven't had much contact with them other than parts. I was also wondering if any indies could do this competently.
thanks

I had mine aligned at Hillside Tire. Ask to talk to Steve Brand (club racer) or to Dan. I have my car a RS ride hieght soni take them the numbers I want. They give me the printout at the end and they've always been right on. They don't have the kinematic toe tool so I take mine when I go. They know how to use it. If you want to go there they can use my tool. LMK

Steve Brand at Hillside Tire is greats as mentioned above. Russ' alignment is also really good. I have had good results with both.

You had better luck with Russ's than I did. They assured me that they knew what they were doing. I tried to ask them if they checked the kinematic toe and they acted insulted that I would question them. After I got the car back I could see that they had not put a tool on an adjuster on the rear suspension. This after I installed new springs, shocks, sways, and lowered the car. I took it to Hillside and Dan let me watch as he aligned the rear making adjustments at all three points.
