Ceramic tint on windshield?
I was reading on a pilot forum and a guy had his CTS-V's windshield tinted. Has anyone tried this? I'm not concerned about legality, just curious a out the benefits or drawbacks. What's it like driving at night?

Falcon,
they have this in clear / invisible, my friend uses it on his Expedition in Dubai, he said it helps tremendously with heat and glare inside the truck. My reservation would be those pesky inspection stickers?

I think his is Huber Optik, His anecdotal evaluation of the clear tint was "its blocks as much heat as having a solid sun visor up and glare is reduced drastically".

I have all my windows (including windshield) tinted on my Jag.
It's the most expensive, ceramic tint so no issues with GPS or anything and it's not very dark so I'd doubt even in places with inspections, it wouldn't be a problem.
I haven't had any issues with it.
