Just saw he has a temporary time-out. He has demonstrated completely boorish behavior which is one thing, but his last couple of vulgar responses to the women on here are extremely offensive. IMHO it needs to be more than temporary, don't see a time-out curing this guys hostility or offensive manner.

I'll be honest and say when I first started to get in to Porsches I expected a LOT more vram-types to be around. I am very glad there's not. I have to say someone who conducts himself like that is probably not truly a happy individual, in spite of his riches and 'accomplishments' that we should be so very jealous of. In a sense, I almost feel bad for the guy.
Almost.
Almost.

"I cannot in good conscience ban or infract him, as I don't think it would be right."
Bonnie I commend you on your level of tolerance, and the position you are in to be a fair judge, however, I respectfully disagree. Sometimes you just have to say enough. As a former hearing officer I can attest you have to hold people accountable for their actions.
"the biggest penalty is the one he has thrown upon himself by publicly humiliating himself."
I understand what you're saying, but, I think the bigger "penalty" is the the offensive insults thrown at the members on here who have helped make the family here one of the best forums period. At what point does someone's behavior become egregious enough to warrant banning? I think we reached that level.
"He just never stops with the rudeness." Exactly!

Not to worry, Roger. "My boys" are taking care of it.
Pardon my lack of legal knowledge, and for my eternal curiosity, but what do hearing officers do? You want to become a mod?

Lol. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I was thinking of that "huge" 14 hp increase thingamajig. I say that with a huge smile because a friend of mine with a '96 Arena Red Metallic used to say his car was faster than mine. I proved him wrong. Bwahahaha.
