Yea, this seems like a VERY slippery slope. I've done an autocross with my Audi but other than that, I've not done any track events. There is a PCA DE event at VIR here in VA in May and I'd like to check that out.

Dreamer, do it! These cars are made for high performance driving. The track is the extra added joy of Porsche ownership.

I've never had the pleasure of driving VIR, but it seems to be on everyone's list of favorite tracks.

PCA will supply you with instructors of course. But there is also a TERRIFIC Professional driving/racing coach based there named Peter Krause. (lolaman on rennlist). Look him up. Great guy who will be happy to answer any questions for you.

Nice colors. The very 1st 993 I drove in my search was a Carrera 4 cab in the same color. Had the grey interior though. Tan is much nicer IMO.

Ive been trying to get to VIR for a long time to check out an ALMS race or do an event with the Audi Club but I havent been able to make it work. So this may be the perfect excuse to finally make it happen!
