Much new in your life -- Hurley and the new girlies!

Looking at the garage pic, do you have a HWFMR Le Mans Sponsorship poster? I may still have a couple... somewhere... that I could get to a teammate at appropriate turtle speed.

Congratulations JoAnne and Robert. Awesome car. I wish you were still in Cali, so we could see it in person.

I hope to join the 993 club soon.

Wow Guys!! Thank you. I just got home from work to find my thread on page three and a 993 in the GARAGE!! Too much fun!

It is a great 993 Robert got to drive it today and said it is the fastest Porsche we've owned to date and it runs like a dream. He is happy. I am happy. Nothing like a happy family.

Lots of questions asked so I am going to try to answer them one by one:

Let us know your thoughts on the '87 backdate when you get a chance. I thought that was a sweet piece as well...
We really do miss the '87 and wish this was the 'good old days' and we could have kept it and had this one too. I know that Robert went through some SERIOUS sellers remorse the week after it left our garage. It was one fun car and the color it was painted got it a lot of attention.

WAAAAAY to green for Prescott! lol

I don't think you'd take the Stingray if you saw it up close and personal. It was rough and had boxes of parts stowed in the interior. It DID sound good though.

This 993 is NOT perfect, and that is what makes it perfect. IT has the usual road rash that 993's get and that means we can DRIVE IT and not have it worry about it and have it become yet another garage king. We've had too many of those. How is your Dinged Example doing? Is it going to be 'un dinged' soon?

We though they were Fabspeed Supercups, but Robert needs to get under the car and see. He thinks it might be RSR's with Fabspeed cross overs. It sounds great and there is no drone. Perfect for Robert as the sound doesn't reach the pitch that really hurts his already hurting (tinnitus) ears. I just love the grumble. It sounds so sexy........ I can't help it. I LOVE the sound of Porsches!!!!!

Beautiful car! Should have known Bump would be there to check it out. I gotta get across the river and see it myself.

TOO FUNNY!

Robert and Wayne have actually met. We were in Carmel three years ago (for the historics) and were walking back to our hotel after dinner. We took a short cut through a gas station (how appropriate). Wayne was walking from his hotel to dinner taking the same short cut. When the two of them saw each other, they stopped to say hi and then laughed because they they realized that they look like twins, except wayne is a little guy who stood as tall as Robert's chest. Heck, I am taller than Wayne........ It was like mutt and jeff.

Patrick ~ Bump was here BEFORE I even got back from work. I swear, he was chomping at the bit more than we were. He had the drivers laughing. He know the specs on every stinkin' car in that transporter. COME ON BY. WE ARE HOME!!!!!

MORE ON THE NEXT POST. I'm on a roll............................... watch out!!!!
