I'm with this guy..but I am very partial to the later turbo wheels. Either looks way better than my car though!

I love them both, but the black is just sweet. I would like to do that to my Cup II's

More black, less noticable brake dust and small rodent deposits can be detected.

Honestly both are nice but if I had to choose one my vote is the original 996 TT wheels. Those wheels just really suite a WB perfect!

Never hurts to have more than one set of wheels though!

Thanks for the kind words, & it looks like we are split about 50/50 on silver VS black. I didn't want to go all black, & think the silver strip adds some contrast & pop.

I have crest center caps on the way from the PO, but yes, that was in my plans, to match my rear red S with the C4S caps.

Sadly, I'm becoming a wheel *****. I currently have 6 sets of 993 wheels. Also have the stock C4S polished TT solid spoke wheels, while they also look good, just a bit to much bling for me.

I agree the polished lip makes the look work, but I also think the clear corners are helping. I do not think it would look that good with amber corners.

Lightly smoked, replaced the blue bulb with chrome. I think the clear corners stick out too much without the silver wheels to distract..

Hey,

Maybe I'm getting old, but I prefer the all silver look on your car.

The black wheels look smaller for some reason. Maybe its the silver lip.
