Default mystery warning light

As my dials are out of my car I noticed on one gauge a black dummy plug instead of an instrument light bulb. I took it out and held a light behind and took this picture. No info in the manual about this one and I am sure our cars didn't come with four wheel steering. What does it mean?

As JP said, it is the lateral acceleration sensor in tiptronic cars.
When the light comes on in hard fast cornering, the tiptronic box would not up-shift by itself, even in manual, even on red-line cut-off, to prevent spinning the car. You have to shift yourself.
This is not a warning light, so the big exclamation mark does not light up as a consequence.

Ha. That makes sense, I didn't realize your car was a tip as well ...

Interesting! And there is no documentation or description anywhere?
