Thanks Tore

So I need to check the wires whilst they are still plugged into the ccu?

I misunderstood that and thought I needed to pull the plugs oout and meaure resistance coming into the ccu?

I looked at your webpage but it seemed to be more about the air con rather than the oil cooler.

so - I need to check if pin K22 is live whilst its still plugged into the ccu and the ignition is on?

What do I need to test on G12 and/or K10?

Do the output wires from the ccu go to the relay? If so can I not just test them there?

You can test the sensor input with the CCU in or out.
The relay outputs must be tested with the CCU connected. By testing in the CCU end you will be able to discover any faults in the wiring too, but I would think it's rather unlikely you have a wiring fault.
Cheers,
