I will check if they will go as far as RMG, but considering almost 80mi, I'm doubtful.

Anything closer but still really good?

Jos,

I use "Fastlane" in Santa Cruz. I don't know if he does PPIs, and he's an hour from Monterey. I wish I could help more. Tim Benson: (831)477-7510. Good luck.

I would try David Loop. The Porsche dealer in Seaside has an ad in the local PCA site for used autos serviced by them or David Loop. I think you can search on Rennlist as well for positive comments.

Thx guys. On SC, I'm guessing if they would go that far they would go to RMG.

On David Loop, he closed up shop and works at the local Porsche dealer, who doesn't do PPIs.

That's who I was mentioning over the phone. However when I ran into him over a year ago he'd closed his shop and was working part time at the dealer. So either that's changed, or this is old information.

Yeah, recognized him from our convo. However, he seems only at the dealer now, and they don't do PPIs.

You heard of either Antique Auto Restoration or All Around Auto Body, or C&C auto repair?

FYI: Santa Cruz is much easier than RMG for someone in Monterey.

+1 on Fastlane

Never had a PPI done by Tim but he knows 993s inside and out.

Thx for your help Steve. Still keeping a candle lit. Crazy long process remote. I was lucky my last time around that I knew the guy personally. This time I don't. You can't always find a Rennlist car...

Well, crap. Now they say they won't go all the way to FastLane.

Thoughts? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
