Twists should have been made "sided".

They just don't look the same when you go to the other side of the vehicle.

I can't think of any wheel other than Speedlines that look better on my car than these stock twists. How many 16 year old cars still look just as good if not better than the current model of that same exact car? Very few... if any. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and though I am a bit biased towards the 993 over new ones. I do like the cool daytime running light LED's though on the front of the new 911's. They look bada** when they're coming towards you.

Love this look. Way to go Porsche circa 1996

vs this:

Nothing at all wrong with the 2012 model, they're awesome. I just think mine is still pretty hot looking, a bit cuter, less showy and ... timeless. And, it's $65k less than a 2012. )

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but are these cup II wheels? I found them in my girl friends house. They have been sitting for 15 years or so, I just have two, I think they are rears. What is the value of these wheels?

Those are fronts - 7x17et55. I sold a pair for $100 a few years ago but they were orange. You might be able to get more for yours. Just to be on the safe side, what are the part numbers stamped on them?

Offer them here and see what you get: https://rennlist.com/forums/964-foru...lease-137.html

And back on topic, I love the turbo twists for our cars. Had to sell a set of hollow spokes recently in order to finance my next set of wheels...

No, the part number is stamped on a different spoke, should be 964.xxx.xxx.xx.

I enjoy looking at something that is original and period correct. On a narrow body the cup2's look great. With 6mm spacer and lowered stance the look is enhanced.

Turbo twists belong on the wide bodies. Both are just classic and look just right.

But I do find myself wanting some LM1's, MY02's, Turbo 3.6's, or RS rims.
