I show it with the 02s, no points deduction. Four entries, four first places. I suspect if I showed in Preservation it might make a difference though.

Here's a thought I'll throw out: Doesn't it seem like it usually works better to put newer style wheels on our cars than vice-versa. Back-dating wheels rarely seems to work esthetically. Funny thing is though, 20-30 years down the road we often end up putting the originals back on and realize they just suit the car better. An example- When the BBS gold-centered basket weaves came out in the 70's, they looked great and off came the Fuchs. Nowadays, off come the BBS and on go the Fuchs which are now considered classics.

Want!

Wonder if I would prefer 17" over 18" on a white 993. Something about the 18" looks a little off in those pictures. Though some black bolts with a polished lip will make a huge difference. I need to start saving for Fall 2012 then. My guess is there will be someone organizing a group buy, and there will be a lot of used wheels for sale on Rennlist soon after that

I agree. Looking at the gallery of 993s, 996s and 997s, those wheels don't look right to me. I think they would look better on the older cars, so you can run bigger rubber but keep the Fuchs look.

And the centers on the fronts do stick out in a funny way.

It seems that the rears of the 18's will not fit the WB's.
