These look good on the 993 but definitely need the color that the color Porsche crests add to the wheel or painted centers to match. I'm surprised that there isn't more of a deeper dished rim on the rear wheels. My 11" wide 17" fuchs on the SC seem to be pretty deep compared to the fronts unlike these new 18".

I think the older 16" wheels (7 & 9" widths) were perfect in every sense of the word. The proportions simply worked at that diameter. The new 18" and 19" attempts are nice, but as the diameter grows, so do all of the styling elements.
This is what I think of when the word 'Fuchs' crosses my peabrain:

I think I agree with you. It's often hard to beat an original. Bet they look nice in person though. I'm still very pleased with my 02s though and have no plans to replace them. They are light, strong and super easy to clean since I like to do concours events.

Are the Fuchs forged or cast? I assume the former given their lack of weight. 3 piece or monoblok?
The offsets are great for the NB. ET60 on the rear will fill out the fender real nice.

Needs the porsche crest and the satin looks better to my eye than the gloss black centers that came on the 997 Sport Classic.

I'd be interested but I don't think the black wheels on a Ocean Blue Metallic car will look good....too dark?
