The hollow spokes have a more understated classy look, the BBS a little more blingy. Try the BBS for a couple months then decide. I would probably put on the BBS, those are pretty nice.

I would sell the 996 Hollow Spokes and get STOCK 993 Hollow Spokes. Longer term keep the 993 Hollow Spokes.

I'm a "purist" and prefer the simplicity of the TT hollow spokes. I've owned BBS wheels and have better things to spend my time on even with the annual wax and seal of the wheels off the car.

I had a similar luxury problem with my C4S. When I got the car I changed the rims to the 996 hollows and very much liked them. However, I always had this picture in my head of golden BBS E 88's. I truly like the look even if keeping them clean is a piece of work. I also kept the hollows just in case I get tired of the fancy look of the E 88's.
So, go for it but keep the hollows.

Jack

Hollows...I like the BBS, but not on a 993. You don't want busy lines of the wheels to distract from the clean, beautiful lines of the 993.

Always liked the simple 5 spokes over the busyness of the mesh wheels. I am a RUF kind-of guy, so my vote is get a set of those... LOL!

And fwiw .. BBS wheels are beautifully designed and well made. There's really nothing like them out there .. a lot of 'knock-off' look alike's but if you put them next to a real set of BBS .. no comparison.

My vote is for the BBS', but the RS-GT's are not my favorite BBS wheel. In general and IMHO, you can't go wrong with a mesh-style BBS rim on any car.

I like both. I have some 993 twists and the BBS LMs.

I had the 996 hollows and I did not like the look of them on my car. I now run 993 hollows. They are perfect for the 993.

BBS makes very nice wheels. The RS-GT's are a bit on the "blingy" side for me, but if you like them I say run them.
