Hey pretty cool for under 80.00. Something like 60 gauges for our 993s. I am trying to decide where to install it. any suggestions?

That's a cool idea. I have my GPS installed in the location on your photos and it's a pretty good spot.

SilverPorsche993..... Thanks for posting that, I have been looking for something like this for awhile. I just ordered one. I wonder if you can move it from car to car or if you set it up for just one.

Can you list which "gauges" are available for OBDII 993s?

My brother recently bought the Durametric for his 997.1, and I thought about getting one as well, but the things you can do with it on the 993 are so limited, I decided to skip it....

I know that the newer OBDII systems track a LOT of different things, making this thing pretty cool.... Just wonder if it is worth it for a 993....

Am i the only one who doesnt like flashy digital displays in his 993 interior...my god, what an ugly thing; i'd put it under the dash.
(what is it good for?)

Silverporsche993,

Is battery voltage supported on the Ultra Gauge with the 993? On the website it lists that it will show voltage but I didn't know if our 993 computers get a voltage reading to send to the Ultra Gauge.

Nice. I wonder if it will work on '95s with rectangular (OBDII-style) connector.

+1

There is no way you can read/comprehend a screen like that while driving. If it does logging, I can see the value to be able to look back in time once you are safely stopped. Under the dash, in the ashtray or glovebox would be my suggestions.

It would plug in, but not work.

OK, had a little fiddle with mine last night! I think 4 gauges per page makes it alot easier to see. I also think on top of the centre consul is a good place to fit it as a starter.

What gauges are you guys using and in what order?
