i am looking at a set of speedline alessio's
in these sizes:
FR 17 x 8 ET40
RR 17 x 9 ET50
seller claims orig for boxster fitment.
any issues on a NB 993 in this size?
wondering if the fronts maybe too low offset?
would this particlular style clear brakes too?

the rears will definitely require you to roll your fenders and will also depend on tire size - someone here had mounted the boxster rear 18x9 ET52 w/265 which required rolling; the front will fit with up to 235 and may require some slight rolling - I'm using 18x9 ET40 with 245.

david these are 17".. still need to roll?
or is that more contingent on width
rather than wheel circumference?
i guess a 17" tire fitment would just
create the same total circumference
as an 18" that had narrower sidewalls.
