wing, wheels, strut brace, protection bar, etc... probably less than 2-3 hours to do so.

I would stick with your asking price $45K, based on pics I'm assuming your car is in really great condition. Sometimes selling just takes patience, the right buyer will eventually come especially as we approach spring.
Removing the parts would not justify a price drop to say $40K? At this range you'll be at an aggressive price to sell range.
